Since 2018, Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions has been dedicated to delivering high-quality and efficient workforce solutions to employers across the nation through our comprehensive HR approach. We are currently collaborating with a diversified clientele, including six (6) partners in Mindanao, five (5) in Visayas, and three (3) in Luzon. Our clients have diverse workforce requirements spanning Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Representatives, Outbound Sales Representatives, and Telco-Sales Representatives.
Recognizing the rapid growth of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in our country, Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions extends its expertise beyond entry-level talent sourcing. We have expanded our services to include the meticulous screening and pooling of candidates for positions such as Team Leaders, Virtual Assistants specializing in E-commerce and Real Estate, Web Developers, and Content Writers. This expansion is in direct response to the evolving demands of our clients.
